I enjoyed Pilates classes so much I decided to become an instructor about three years ago and can take group classes or one to ones. I have since increased my qualifications and take a number of exercise to music classes including 20/20/20, aerobics, ab blast and body conditioning. Most recently, I have been teaching Metabolic Effect group classes: a rest based workout that uses principles of High Impact Interval Training to increase fat loss.
I always try to motivate clients to push that extra bit more whether the aim is to improve strength, endurance, flexibility or fat loss. I love the feeling I get when a client tells me they had a really good time in one of my classes.
